Tomestone and Oil both count as gear. If you've won either of them, or any piece of armor, you can't roll again. The housing item and the minion are the only things that don't count against the weekly lock.

I know, and I never rolled on either of them either. I have no gear in my bag from the Tower and no Oil or the Tomestone, hence why I'm at a loss.
