I prefer doing 10.000 levequests than having to clear SCoB and extreme primals just for this.

I didn't say clear any of the BCB - I simply said the extreme primals. I'd consider the extreme primals to be the current "intermediate' difficulty content available in ARR. You can still leech victories on all of the extreme primals.
