    as long as the world pvp is in designated zones, such as having areas on the map as "neutral" for non-pvp zones and "contested" in pvp zones, i dont think it would be problem really. and if anyone wants to flag up and go pvp in non-contested zones, they can type in a command such as /pvp to let other players know they are open for pvp so people who dont flag up, can't be attacked by other players. lots of other games have this and it keeps the ppl who don't want to pvp out of the combat and not attackable (is that even a word?) by other flagged players.
