Test subject Sunflower: Fed apples to proc. Expected result of Sunset Orange to Blood Red. (yay, no more cheetos bird!)

Test subject Chickyboo: Fed berries to proc. No expected result due to wtfery of Snow White to Sylph Green with Berries =_=. Result: Sylph Green to Celeste Green. Will post pics later. eta: This wasn't a marked color pathway. T_T Why can't it be straightforward? Looking at the diagram, there is a CHANCE I can jump to my desired color of Corpse Blue from where I am now. I see that Corpse Blue goes to Celeste Green with Pineapples, so I'm going to try Berries again to see if I can make the reverse jump.

Celeste Green + Berries to proc (5 in my case) = Sky Blue
I'm not SURPRISED exactly... I just wish I had gotten the 'reverse' of Corpse Blue + Pineapples = Celeste Green.
