People were doing that back in 2.0 when they 1st got relic, you saw a bunch of people showing off in rev toll, AFK. In a sense it's bragging without words.
That is not bragging any more then.. well... players standing on roofs, sitting on benches or well anything someone does while AFK. Or are you saying that just because they had a weapon you, or someone else had, that they must be bragging?

Also, people went AFK in toll not to show off, but because there was nothing to do in the game once you hit 50, besides standing there and queuing up. There was a crapload of players AFKing there.
