The very first time Yoshida openly said that Atma drops were pure RNG was back during the Tokyo Super FATE even early in the year, not long after 2.2 was realised. He even called the clock theory occultish nonsense. Since then, he has also mentioned several times in several interviews over the past half a year that that Atma is pure luck.

Once again, sharing info is great. Do you have links to these interviews? Info shared like this, especially on these very forums, I've learned to take with a HUGE grain of salt. Leading up to E3, I remember all this talk of certain reveals. When I later did my research, I learned there was a lot of "phone-tag" happening on these forums.

Second, I hate mincing words, but my hypothesis notes that at the end of the day, it is all RNG based. Based on a significant amount of testing on my end, I've concluded you may be able to significantly increase your "pure" luck. Basically.... instead of rolling a 100 sided die and hoping you'll get 1, 2 or 3. You now get to roll a 5 sided die and hope you get 1. Once again, in my testing, I could've just been very lucky and I'm just pulling stuff out of thin air.
