Should rare gear from 1.0 be available to everyone?

I just wonder why you care what "others" get or "how" they get it?
It smells like "I have something you dont, ... bla bla"

I wonder, if you do Second Coil, do you support SE handing it out at the Calamity Salvager as long as you meet the requirements of beating Turn 5? I mean every set of High Allagan including weapons. I mean, it shouldn't mean anything, right? It's the same concept, some items were obtained through certain "one time only, won't be in ARR" type of stuff, as outlined on old lodestone.

I mean, you are ok with SE passing out High Allagan stuff even though they didn't participate, right?
