The real question is how many successive "starts to grow new feathers" announcements did you receive? It might be that "starts to grow new feathers" is what triggers the color change. Based on this, it might be an RNG-based system.OK, above somewhere is a post with a screenshot of 3 birds ... the one on the left is mine, and it's honey yellow ... this tells us TWO things:
1) Only one food is affecting the bird (Mine was only fed pineapples)
2) Feeding them beyond the "starts to grow new feathers" announcement either has absolutely NO effect, or is capped at some point. we will know in a few hours as one of our guys has fed the pineapples and stopped at the first "new feathers" announcement.
The question then remains, did you feed pineapples first or last (actually a moot question, the pineapples were the only thing that affected your bird)
