BRD vs Caster

Im talking about 1vs1 here.

There is nothing to talk about if you want to overpower Bard in 1 v 1 isnt it? No PvP is balance at 1 v 1. Bard always lost to MNK and DRG in 1 v 1. If a MNK cant handle a Bard in 1 v 1, it is the player issue. Trust me, both MNK and DRG have enough gap closers to shut down the Bard. I can provide you serveral videos to show it if you need it.

What stops a MNK or DRG from destroying a caster as opposed to a BRD? I used to be able to sometimes fend myself against melee as SMN if I decided to duke it out instead of bind and run. Now though, not nearly as often. BLM has weight effect which would help tons if it weren't for Jump and Shoulder Tackle lol
