This would conflict with everything you do with the D-pad and the four action buttons that isn't using a skill off the cross hotbar. With this scheme, you couldn't switch hotbars then jump, switch hotbars then change target, switch hotbars then cancel cast/target/whatever, etc.

Not a problem if it's an option you can turn on and off, but I personally wouldn't want this without an off switch.

10 posts per page is only the default setting; it is bad, and you should feel bad if you haven't changed it.

I don't see the conflict Correct me if I'm wrong, but as it currently stands, if you are holding any of the shoulder buttons or triggers, you can't jump, change targets, etc.

The only change I'm proposing is that you aren't forced to release a hotbar trigger before pressing a hotbar cycle button or target *mode* selecting button, and vice versa.
That is, if I'm holding a hotbar trigger, I can keep holding it, press and hold the hotbar cycle button and select a hotbar, then release the hotbar cycle button and select a skill.
Also the opposite - while holding the hotbar cycle button, press and hold a hotbar trigger, select a skill, then release the trigger and change hotbars.

Essentially, I'm just asking that these buttons *always* do what they are supposed to do, instead of being disabled when one of the other of them is already held.
