PS4 Hotbar Question

I play on PS4 using the controller but also have a keyboard that I use mostly for the chat function. I would like to use a hotbar that pertains only to the keyboard as well.

Use the controller for most combat abilities but use the keyboard hotbar for macros, mounts, etc.....

I've been able to figure out how to add the hotbar through the HUD interface and change the keybinding but I can't figure out how to add abilities to it.

If I select the hotbar that I have chosen to show in the HUD setting it just adds it to that numbered crossbar for the PS4 controller....

Has anybody had this problem or have any ideas?

I would really appreciate it.

Enter Mouse Mode and click and drag maybe? (L1+R3 to enter/exit mouse mode)
