How is "giving a solid time reference" the same as seeing "the firestarter proc before your next Fire 1, in order to not lose procs". If that is what you originally meant, you described it incorrectly.You realize you just said the same thing I did, but in more words? And my previous analysis of "fireweaving" vs "firewaiting" still holds true. You're wasting .5s for nothing 60% of the time because Firestarter only has a 40% chance to proc with fireweaving, but with "firewaiting" you're only "spending time not casting a damaging spell" on the instances there are firestarter procs, and the amount of time lost on "moving to cancel your blizz III on that 40% of the time there is a firestarter proc won't add up to the amount of time "fireweaving" loses when there is no proc.
