Oooh, okay. So that's how it's supposed to be used. *nod nods* Alright, I have to try and remember that more often.

WAT
Divine seal > regen > medica II
You now have a decent regen on the entire party and your main tank. It's also useful to prep this incase there is some time of constant AoE coming next like Titan stomps or if the tank is your priority because of big damage. Divine seal is awesome.
I'd like to throw my general strategies into the ring:
Trash mobs:
If there are more than 2:
Divine Seal whenever it's up. It's only a 60 second cooldown, there's no reason to not use it, but I will wait until a regen runs out if it's about to come off cooldown. You shouldn't usually need it for trash mob pulls anyway, but it lets me DPS more.
Regen after the tank has aggro. Depending on the group size and how long we're, I might end up putting two, but I usually won't have to and just use cure once the first regen has ticked off.
If there are less than 2:
I'll save them both. Cure 1 will do enough to keep the tank up and I might as well keep divine seal off cooldown. There is always an exception of course. Dullahans are the one that comes to mind first.
Bosses:
Unless it's a phase where the boss isn't damaging anybody and everybody's topped off (sand worm in Cutter's Cry, for example), regen is always up on at least the tank, and Divine Seal is always on cooldown (again, trying to match with regen or Medica II)
Areo II is always the first single-target spell I cast when I'm in DPS mode. It'll do more damage over time than Stone II.
I will use Shroud of Saints whenever I have about 1500 mp missing. It's a 2 minute cooldown, so I'll be able to keep my mana relatively stable, even through a long fight, with this tactic. I don't usually have to worry about aggro unless adds spawn (in which case, I'll make sure to know when they spawn and hold off on regen/Medica II). I don't usually need Mage's Ballad unless I'm raising a few people or spamming AOE heals.
Regen and Divine Seal are both fantastic and should be used frequently. Be careful about Divine Seal->Medica II though. It can easily rip hate off an unprepared tank because all those boosted ticks give you aggro.
I actually tend to forego Aero II unless its a big boss fight because in order for it to outdamage Stone II every single tick must go off, which isn't really feasible when you're running with hotshot DPS and contributing your own as well. However, if you're fighting something that you know will be alive and vulnerable for the ful duration, go for it.
