Abusing the Trade feature to interrupt, etc

Any word on if this is a bannable offense and if it's going to be fixed anytime soon? It's getting pretty old.

Lighten up and/or blacklist them.

Sure, it's annoying, but it's really a bit much to want them banned for it.
