Why is jumping always associated with WoW?

I thought jump looked absolutely ridiculous in WoW as did the rest of the artwork.

The fact that it looked ridiculous was a huge turn off, yes. That's why I've been so adamant in my stance on jumping. I seriously hope that for those of us that feel the way I do about it, that we get a '/jump off' command.

I don't have much confidence that it can be done tastefully. Hell the fact that it'll serve no purpose other than 'to look cool' is pretty tasteless to begin with.

But hey it has to give you hope he said jump would be jank..it gives me hope...maybe jump will be so awful people won't use it.
