So long saisonal events give again around 40 points total like in 1.x while other achievements give only around 10 points, why not
Now that's a cool idea!

I am definitely in favor of this.
But that ignores the other half of the equation that is this game, RPG. Your journal is a far better judge of accomplishments in-game than the achievements could ever be. You can look through and see all the quests and side-quests you completed, compare them to friend's or an online list and see what you missed. An achievement is just for doing things you were doing anyway, like killing 10,000 enemies. You did that grinding dungeons for loot, big deal.Achievement definitely is the real endgame score, it reflects your completion.
Some achievements are very hard to obtain and most ppl can ignore them,
and as you said, a normal player at least should have n achievements completed when he calls it end game.
If he doesn't, his end game apparently has missed some experiences that everyone have.
Then he can review what he has missed. ^^;
I'm 100% in favor of this. Would actual give me an incentive to go work on some of those achievements.
I think it would depend on the achievement design. In ARR, 90% achievements would be obtained unintentionally,But that ignores the other half of the equation that is this game, RPG. in most times, an achievement would become a milestone, for example, i still remember my 10000th killed enemy was CT final boss.. ^^;
TBH, as a RPG player, why not try to unlock everything available in the game?
So, why not give some award "ie. a title", to these real RPGer? ^^;
That is not true.
Achievemenet shows you who is the first timer when your party reach the boss room. ^^;
Another example,
Rez 20ppl (not in your PT) will get an achievement , this is a good one encourage ppl to rez stranger.

Nah. Achievements are achievements, the points are a score for bragging rights and I don't think it should be anything more.
they should give a super saiyan head gear that makes the entire character have an aura that doubles the stats on the rest of your gear for being #1. /thumbsup
