20 second heavy while on mount, whats the point?

The purpose is so you can't just run through a high level area bypassing everything with your mount.

Then it doesn't serve its purpose since you can still bypass everything, heavy or not. Either make the world actually dangerous or get rid of heavy. The way it is now is just pointless.
