Or the bard can do their job. Bard has most of the time the least to do in a party (outside of silencing, which most bards don't do). It's not hard to watch for low mp, or toss a requiem when you're Mage heavy. After all bard rotation is 4 to 5 actions at most :/.

So many bad tanks that started as Healer/DPS believed the same thing. Just because they watched something, they thought they could do the same. So many deaths.

If a bard is out there pressing only 3 buttons while playing then I'd have to request they hang up their hat immediately. Way to oversimplify it.

Yo, one thing I wish they fixed about songs that might force baddies to use them more, would be to actually make us sing, like a different tune while we have a song up. Instead of just -animation- I think a gimmick like that would be neat.

it's actually 2 buttons if you bundle all the attacks to one button and all DoTs to another button. easiest job I've ever play and it's the job I'll choose when I want to be lazy.
