I have a macro on WHM for Manasong. Spam macro...no Ballad. See BRD with full mana, trying to ignore the fact that the tank is dying too fast cause I had to rez two of the other DPS and our other Heal...

Also have a Paeon macro for my melee...oh look, BRD has no mana cause we have a SCH as our healer and Foe's is up while we try to AoE...I see this too often, guess no one got the memo that resistance down debuffs (Dis, DK, Foe's, Eye) don't affect DoTs...(EDIT: This is also why I don't really care if Foe's isn't up for a lone SMN with other Phys DPS in a PUG/DF. Rather save the BRD's mana in case the fight goes bad and healers get near OoM rezing than boosting Fester damage by 20%...)

It would appear you are the one who didn't get the memo about Foe Requiem increasing the damage for both the initial hit on application as well as the actual DoT -ticks.

Actually, this means that you need to pay more attention to Requiem because you should have it up and on before the Summoner engages or it'll go to waste.

Except that Foe's Requiem actually applies for Summoner's DoT if Requiem is on the target before the DoT's application ?

No wonder that almost no bards sings Requiem if most of them think like you do.
