I did, because the leaders said so. The world is going away from prohibiting same sex marriage now. No reason to continue to do so anywhere, even in the game world. When marriage comes, same sex marriage should come with it.

this statement is not fact. How can you say that the world is surely moving away from this and even if it does its still a very controversial issue. Why would you want to impose your political ideas on people who very strongly disagree in a game where this idea is not even necessary anyway? Why do you need to be married in game in order to complete the dungeons coming out in 1.18 anyway?

You dont need to be married to do anything in the game. But people find other ways to play mmo's besides tackling the content. Whether it be killing all that stand before them, chatting it up in town, having a make-believe picnic out in Mor Dhona, its up to each individual player how they are going to play it.

I dont think there is as much of a conflict with chatting it up in town or having a picnic in mor dhona as there is with having same sex marriage.

The conflict is in your own mind. The minds of those that will create conflict because of it. People create conflict because others type in /say to have their conversations, because its more realistic. So you cant say there's no conflict with chatting it up in town.

There is no conflict with peoples religious beliefs to type /say or /tell though. your missing the point or refusing to see it. Your simply refusing to meet a middle ground at which would suggest marriage should be left out because we cannot all agree on it because of religious beliefs or human rights. You are now the narrow minded selfish person of this post because you refuse to meet a middle ground and will only have it your way.

'Leaving it out completely' is not the middle ground, its one sided. Marriage will come, hopefully one where you can marry who you want regardless of gender.

not true, im pretty sure if you asked plenty of people who play the game they would rather have Marriage in game as well as only opposite sex instead of allowing same sex marriage, and in your case you want to have same sex and opposite sex marriage in game therefore we cannot agree and it should be left out so that NOBODY is offended. Now If your offended by not being able to be married in a game, then your a loser. Get a real life.
