Here's the fundamental difference between how we both see threads. I didn't post to speculate; I posted to stop something from happening. The job system isn't final and I'm posting to stop this before it gets out of hand.

Cairdeas is right, jobs don't need to be locked to one class for white mage and black mage. It may be true for all classes but it is especially true in the case of the mages. We must have access to both, because there is not a fair way to do it with 1 job locked to Thaumaturge or Conjurer.
