    Seems like a nice thing for the 1.0 veterans to let them keep their original mounts, as for the difference in appearence between 1.0 and 2.0 that could rationalised with the change in enviromental factors in Coerthas and nature (chocobo species) adapting - it did go from a lush green land to ice/snow bound wasteland from what I gather lore-wise.
    Legacy Chocobo wasn't something we had in 1.0. It's different from the GC Chocobo we had then. Not all 1.0 players got it either since not all of them made the requirements for it.

    Ah okay lol, well it was based on a quick youtube/google search (im watch tv at same time lol), also to be honest OP's question is little confusing :/
