I played ffxi for years on ps2, I told myself I was going to play ffxiv on a PC to see what everyone was talking about, it can't be that much better could it? Yup. It is. Much better. I'll never play an MMO on a console again if it has a PC counterpart.

Whether or not PC pirates outnumber console pirates is beside the point. Your argument was that PC games end up on torrent trackers the same day; the fact is that: no matter what, if the software has traction behind it, it will end up on a tracker. But, then, you don't actually have an argument against that. Probably why you had to fall back to, "PCs hav moar pirats then consules derp." So, again: hate to burst your bubble, but pirating is suffered on all mediums. You can take your 2-bit condescension and stow that while you're at it.

The conversation seems pretty pointless anyway. You need a mogstation account with a valid game key, and game keys can't be pirated. The whole conversation is pointless in the context of FFXIV.
