Information should be correctly translated so that all have equally the same tips. - Bad job by the localization team.

All this localization shit talking assumes that what is theorized is in fact the S rank spawn requirements, and that they have spawn requirements to begin with. None of this will ever be confirmed until either SE admits it or with months and months of data to exclude random time spawns. (hint: a week's worth of incidences is not nearly enough for that)

Have you ever read Japanese text before? If you have, you'd understand how mindless and lazy the game was translated and how little of a story there was. You'd get key plot points but little development. And the development you would get would be something along the lines of this:
A: I'm going to do it. I'm going to take my life.
B: Why?! No don't do it!
C: That's right... I remember now why A said she was going to take her life.
*Dream sequence*
A. C-san, I'm going to take my life.
C: Why would you do that?
A: Because I'm tired of how dumb everyone is.
*end*
C: B-san, there's no stopping her now.
*end scene*

At least double dutch implies jumping, and after a good long Winnie the Pooh *Think think think* moment with your FC, maybe, just maybe, you can stumble upon the answer. And find it. And cherish in the thought that you and your buddies were able to think think think your way through a problem and solve it.
A lot of the conditions have been confirmed across multiple spawns and servers by doing exactly as the requirement describes. Both times that I have fought Croque-Mitane have been after a party member or FC member specifically went out to gather the Grade 3 Soil. The same with Zona Seeker; I told a ls member to fish up some Glimmerscale and as soon as he did, Zona Seeker spawned. It's not a coincidence when someone does a specific action across multiple servers and nets the same result. That said, not all of the conditions are 100% correct since it seems other factors need to come into play and some of these conditions have a quota that needs to be met which hasn't been pinpointed. All this localization shit talking assumes that what is theorized is in fact the S rank spawn requirements, and that they have spawn requirements to begin with. Yes, I'm aware that the original JP text left much to be desired and was dry on occasion, especially 1.0 levequest text as an example. Like I mentioned, it's fine that the localization team has fun with the text and in some instances, even inject a little bit of lore, but not at the cost of muddying what the devs wanted us to know easily. I'll admit that my Double Dutch example at least hints to jumping but some of the translated hints essentially omit "jumping", Garlok and Nandi being the biggest offenders.

On the BG forums people already found out and confirmed all the spawn conditions for S ranks but one which is Central Thanalan. Its on the first page of that linked thread. All this localization talking assumes that what is theorized is in fact the S rank spawn requirements, and that they have spawn requirements to begin with. This seems a bit far-fetched if you ask me... Like the atma timers that didn't really work..
Every time I just bearly win the loot..
Perhaps you need a refresher on statistical induction. Even if SE has confirmed that they have specific spawn requirements, (thank you TheMax1087, I didn't know) performing an action and witnessing an event and concluding one caused the other is induction AKA can't be proven. S Hunts have been out for much less than a month, and on ~48 hr respawn timers, even pooling across all servers it is not a very large sample size per mob.
These theories may have evidence, but you can't mathematically conclude with high confidence that you've locked in on every spawn requirement. You say it's not coincidence, but you literally cannot know that. There is a non-inconsequential chance that someone else coincidentally performed the correct action, and your confirmation bias attributes it to the theory you were engaging in.
This is the company that made shit like Absolute Virtue and Pandemonium Warden and the Zodiac Spear chest nonsense from XII, they are well-known for exceedingly inscrutable cause-effect relationships in their games. We DON'T know for a fact that these theorized methods are the correct spawning methods, and we DON'T know that the original scholar-hunter writers knew the proper methods, and we DON'T know that the localization teams DIDN'T know the proper methods when they rewrote it. Seemingly conflicting hints like Garlok's may well be internally consistent with the correct method.
