Is the PS3(4?) holding back the game?

You lost me when you mentioned the PS4 holding the game back, as it is mostly on par with the PC version. This won't change for the foreseeable future, but they mentioned dropping PS3 support if they feel it's necessary. It is probably the only one capable of holding the game back. I know for PCs, they get better every day, so they sky is the limit for them. The PC version also has a couple features the console versions lack, but that's not a game breaker. The PS4 is still just as good at the moment...for this game, anyway.
