if you guys haven't catch it, my original reply was sarcasm to Alcyon's post that says

Not true. For your own DPS, you are mostly right (and Viridiana gave you an example), but a BRD with a lot of piety can run FOE for 10+ minutes and increase the average DPS of the whole group.
