Feedback on Character Design

Hey hi! I know I've done a similar post and i don't want to clutter the thread with my junk... but i need a little help. I can't decide between these two skin tones. I know that it should only matter to me how my character looks, but i seriously can't really decide. I just need some feedback on which looks better. so please and thank you! After this i will pester no more!

Why are you asking us what looks better if we're never going to see or notice him? After one week you probably won't see his skin tone anymore because it'll be covered. It's not like he has any distinguishing features. He looks just like every other popstar-Bieber/Thancred-wannabe in the game.

Hey! Unless you're living 2 years in the past, I don't think Bieber's hair looks like that anymore. (I guess square enix must have copied Bieber's look for Tiz Arrior. He's really got that "popstar-Bieber"-wannabe look down too!) And you came off as a little pretentious and opinionated. Which is fitting considering your character personifies those traits. I guess you could say those are your character's "distinguishing features."

I'm going to guess that the first skin tone is just a shade or two above the second. While moving vertically on the color palette, the skin tones in character creation are weird sometimes. You can go from a caucasian/otherwise "white" skin tone with pink hues, to asian with yellowy undertones. But I digress... Taking all of the colors into account, personally, I like the look of the second skin tone. His hair is light and ashy-brown, which compliments the slightly paler skin. But. It is most important that YOU are happy with your character's appearance.

I prefer the skin tones with more red in them. It makes them look healthier than the skin tones with more blue in them.

So I say, go with the 'warmer' of the two ^^

Now if you had an awkward name or so to match your second skin tone, I'd stick with the first one.

What i would suggest is make the character with the name you know you want and play it to get a feel for the lighting on the skin tone. This frees you to progress. Meanwhile you can save the template and make an additional char one a less populated server to do tests around town, as the lighting in game is much different then that in the creator. Once you are happy with the way your demo looks just fantasia with the vet reward one.

For the record I think 2 looks better for what you are going for.
