Private threads/topics etc. New forum user needing advice!

Being new to the forums I was just curious to know whether it is possible to set up a private topic/thread/section solely for the use of my FC.

I have no idea if this is possible, if it isn't is there any other alternative that we could use regarding the forums?

Well, the FC page in the lodestone actually has an area where FC ppl can check and create threads and such. I think it can be private ones as well.

I was hoping SE would expand this feature on the lodestone. It's a cool idea, just needs some more features. It would be nice if all the FC's had their own FC "portal" that is like a mini website. This would eliminate the need for 3rd party guild hosting sites, or people taking time out of playing FFXIV to build their own sites. I built my own FC site years ago and maintaining it is not something that I enjoy doing as it means less time to actually play the game. It would be nice if there was an officially supported SE option since i'm sure there would be some cool integration with the game.
