Determination is just the off the cuff suggestion I had. I also said 'or some other class relevant stat'. You could take that Morale and make it Crit or Skillspeed or whatever if determination is already used.

I'm not advocating an unfair advantage to people who PVP. I'm advocating replacing morale with something else when it can't applied.
Accuracy is pretty much a dead stat also.
