Hunts awarding tomes/marks outside of bills was a mistake

I got a Sands of Time two nights ago from it. Unfortunately, the amount of people doing these events at least in prime time has gotten really high since then. Where I was earning 400 or so seals a night, I got only 150 worth. Competition has gotten ridiculously high and people are already pulling dirty tactics against one another to get the A-ranks.

I've heard of some people farming them and spouting out incorrect coords so they could kill the mobs themselves.
