Hunts awarding tomes/marks outside of bills was a mistake

Give it time, when people get the things from Allied Seals they want, things will slow down. But as Edli said, more people running around, the better. And I actually have to watch where I'm going now instead of knowing nothing can kill me anywhere outside dungeons and raids (me getting one-shotted by a big claw in Agelyss Wise).

More activity + sense of danger + extra rewards here and there, I dunno how that sounds bad at all

except, Allied Seals can be use to purchase Sand/oil of time. It will take a while till ppl get enough oil/sand, a long while
