i90 Crafted Rings for Warrior --> Is it worth it?

I haven't tanked t8 yet. I have tanked up to t7. My philosophy with vit is to have max hp with defiance @ 9k; with 9k HP you can withstand every hit in the game after proper mitigation. After that everything goes into str because the extra Vit is wasted. I'm curious to hear from a warrior with full i110 how much vit they have when going full strength on the right side, as this is my option the true BiS for warrior. If using this gear setup they can obtain 9k hp after gear then I would rather go this route, than spend my gil on i90 rings that wouldn't have the same result.
