The German Quest ist the same. I couldn't solve it with the german letters. Maybe it's "broken".
Changed language to english and it turned out to be "Hollowed. Heavens..."

No, its not broken, its just different. In the german quest its not ++-
its --+
As in the quest, Memerugu said that the questgiver complained about that elezen's attitude. That was my little clue the questgiver already used ++-, so you just need to go backwards (to win the battle)^^
Z+1 = A
A-1 = Z

There is a light and and a "?" over it but it says only ``there is a light but there is nothing special about it``
