The problem is I bet if this is the case, it goes back up at a bad time. Like in a few hours and many of the people won't be able to try again.

That's because there were no tickets remaining. I don't believe it was a glitch with the website. There are way more than 1800 people subscribed to this game, and way more than 1800 of us want to go to this. It's no surprise that they were sold out almost instantly.

It handled the traffic quite well. SE's failure was underestimating how many people would want to go.

That's not true. The first time I was able to select the number of tickets I wanted there were 1600+ available. Then it timed out, then my promo code was no longer valid.

That is a server issue.

I had the same experience, was stuck at order now Page, it was at 468 tickets left. Profound sadness..

People getting through were telling us how many tickets were remaining. They definitely seem to have made it through them all.

I saw 4 ticket remaning i tought that it i wont get ticket. But got lucky and get into the buying process and got my ticket. My heart almost stop when i saw 4 lol.

I dont see much of a reason to scalp tickets because it specifically ask for your character name and database server.
