What I would like to find out is if there is any difference between getting advanced tickets versus general tickets, in terms of the rewards you will get (e.g. in-game item and t-shirt)? If advance tickets are just for 'active' subscribers to get into the event first, then I'd be more at ease and try next week to get a ticket. If, however, adv. ticket holders get something extra, then I'll be sad![]()

Well you were supposed to hit the promo code link, throw in your code, then get the prompt to choose how many you wanted and such, but most people never got that second page to load at all.
Not likely, they were just reserved for active account holders. Nothing other than that was said. What I would like to find out is if there is any difference between getting advanced tickets versus general tickets, in terms of the rewards you will get (e.g. in-game item and t-shirt)? Not to mention, some of us work every Mon-Fri and can't be at a computer to buy tickets when they go on sale. It's extremely hard for me to get time off of work, I barely managed to get half of today off and I timed out 3 times before the site ran out. And no internet allowed in my work room because of 'security' reasons. Today was literally my only chance and I got screwed by the potential of 450 people being able to buy all the tickets (4 per person).
Well, you could borrow a friend's smartphone and pretend you have to use the bathroom to order tickets.

There's no difference in the stuff you get (in game and irl) as far as they've said. This was supposedly just a way to make sure some current subscribers were able to go (I have to laugh at that to keep from crying)What I would like to find out is if there is any difference between getting advanced tickets versus general tickets, in terms of the rewards you will get (e.g. in-game item and t-shirt)? That's because there were no tickets remaining. I don't believe it was a glitch with the website. There are way more than 1800 people subscribed to this game, and way more than 1800 of us want to go to this. It's no surprise that they were sold out almost instantly.
It handled the traffic quite well. SE's failure was underestimating how many people would want to go.

I also showed up at 10:30 on the dot never saw any tickets. Good thing I didn't waste money on airfare or hotels.
This just ruined patch day... PATCH DAY!
