    you guys just need to learn how setup your router and open the ports needed. i never took more then 20mins to download any patch from a fresh install
    the patcher is the last thing SE needs to fix since its not broken.

    i'm sure that's all we need to do....... oh wait i do have my router set for a manual exception for the patcher and the ports forwarded, but doesn't stop me from downloading for multiple hours with the patcher. with bitcomet i download it in a fraction of the time. the point is some people have no issues with the patcher and others have major issues with it and it's something they need to look into correcting.

    I don't have problems, however I know of people who have port forwarding setup and STILL have problems. I download torrents and such just fine. If your update patcher requires you to have the knowledge of how to setup port forwarding JUST to be able to get a decent download rate, then something is wrong.

    Why don't you help by posting a link explaining how to do this, as I have searched and only found it for beta. This no longer works for me as it did in beta.

    Be part of the solution instead of just a troll post of what people "need" to do.

    Better yet why not write an explanation yourself of how this is done as per your router setup.
