    The poster did say it was mentioned in the French patch notes. Yoshi-P also said this on the live letter. Sands will drop from Syrcus tower at a rate of 30%. The notes did mention a 4th chest shared across all alliances so I'm thinking that one will hold sands. If true only one of the 24 members can obtain sands.

    I was gonna assume that the fourth chest at the end of the tower was the crafting needed to make the new furnishing based off ST, like the fragment blade.
