Curious to know what the 12 are xDI've noticed 12 cross-class actions are required for all of the rotations I want to use, 10 of those for 3-star crafting alone. Now that's fine, say on ALC, where two of those abilities are part of that 12, so that leaves me with 10 open slots to fill in the the other 10 I need. But I suppose I won't be 3-star crafting super often, I'll just have to try to remember to switch out Ingenuity with like Piece by Piece or something. Also, I could always use another 2-star, 80dur rotation/macro once I get my artisan primary.
1. Comfort Zone (ALC)
2. Tricks of the Trade (ALC)
3. Steady Hand II (CUL)
4. Hasty Touch (CUL)
5. Waste Not (LTW)
6. Ingenuity II (BSM)
7. Innovation (GSM)
8. Byregot's Blessing (CRP)
9. Careful Synthesis II (WVR)
10. Piece by Piece (ARM)
Those 10 right there are just for 3-star rotations. Also, many of those are used in my other rotations, one of which was your own contribution.
The remaining two:
11. Manipulation (GSM)
12. Ingenuity (BSM)
Manipulation is currently used in my 1-star and 2-star 40dur rotations and my Artisan primary turn-in rotation (by Selene), while Ingenuity is only used your contribution macro of the 1-star/2-star 80dur rotation.
If you see me doing something wrong, please better me! I recently got really addicted to crafting and I love trying to get where I need to be, ultimately. It's a loooong process, lots of time and effort (and money, what little I have), but it's fun and well worth it as I see it!
You know what's so overpowered in this game, that they just HAD to leave out?
-Buffing during cutscenes.
-Pets receiving the Protect buff.
-A blacklist with more than a 200 player capacity.
-Filtering the flying text for your own numbers.
-A better way to organize and sort through your macros.
I was just curious what ones you keep xDIf you see me doing something wrong, please better me! I recently got really addicted to crafting and I love trying to get where I need to be, ultimately. It's not a matter of right way or wrong way, there are many good methods to craft all of the above, many not listed on the forum.
In terms of skills to keep, I have mostly the same as you, but on crafts where I only have 1 native skill that i use (such as ltw) I do away with Manipulation or Ing 2, as I seldom use them.
Manip has it's uses on 40 dura and is a slight cp saving over Mend 1. But personally I hardly ever craft my own 40 dura mats and on times when I do it's very quick to do manually, using Mend 1/WN.
Glad to see you don't have Reclaim![]()
I wish I could do it manually and reliably, but I can't just yet! I just can't figure out when the best times are to apply Manipulation and Waste Not and stuff like that. It's going to be a learning process I guess. Plus I really do like the idea of having "mindless macros" just sitting there waiting to be used!I was just curious what ones you keep xD

I guess I'll pick up more on it as time goes and the more reading here on forums and actual experience of crafting in-game. Thanks for your tips/advice as always! Like I said, I may just switch one out for 3-star crafting. Here's to hoping I remember!
