Yeah, as it's structured anyone that actually needs the piece will be able to need on whatever it is.
If you want that piece for an alt class or whatever run as that class.

I want it for the seals too. However, I'm not so douchey as to deny the rest of the party a fair roll on it. In the end, don't care, but just means they don't get a comm from me.
