Can't wait for everyone to show up in 90% spiritbond gear.
Can't wait for everyone to show up in 90% spiritbond gear.
In an interview Yoshi said that i80 was a likely requirement to enter.
90% spiritbond gear would then only be possible if you include 3star crafted gear in that, so no... "everyone" will not show up in 90% spiritbond gear... Not for a long time.
Doesn't stop people from changing into their spirit bond gear once they are inside.
Wouldn't it be possible to just set the mob's exp to 1 so that people don't do this?
Nope. I'm going to equip i80 and then change to my spiritbond gear. Defintely gonna spirit bond in CT
Don't forget to harass your group on day 1, calling everyone stupid and ***s because they don't know how to beat anything. Also be sure that you are blaming others for lack of DPS (if you're DPS), inability to heal (if you're healer), and inability to survive (if you're tank). Remember, as a spiritbonder, you're always right. Oh and let's not forget that after one week, you should be claiming you've been clearing CT2 for months.

Might want to wait a few days. First few days you'll likely get kicked by the overzealous group seeking perfect runs. Afterwards people will start to spiritbond in mass and it won't be an issue.
I was hoping CT2 would be relevant for main characters so this is a huge disappointment. I do play alts though, so I'll still run it, but it seems like a weird decision to offer nothing to improve the main classes of people who've been capping soldiery every week. If SE is doing this to try to keep CT2 pleasant and casual, the joke's on them. I'm sure it'll be just as full of jerks as CT1.![]()
Well, it will give people a chance to gear up their alt classes a bit. Everyone's soldiery and myth have been going toward their mains (gear, relics, etc.) so this is a decent opportunity to play catch up. Hopefully the DRG set will be nice-looking, which will be my priority to start. As to the troll situation, it isn't confined to CT.I was hoping CT2 would be relevant for main characters so that is a huge disappointment. Never a mind was changed on an internet board, no matter how good your arguments are...
