If you stop waiting other's cs, you only lose some time, and if you don't have time, don't even queue in DF. If you doing duty for fast tomes farming, queue in DF is the most idiotic thing to do. That analogy is what's nonsense, because reading a book isn't a group effort. A more accurate analogy would be having to wait for the slow kid in class to finish reading before the teacher can continue the lesson. You wouldn't hold the entire class back because one person is struggling, so don't hold the entire group back because you don't want to watch cutscenes on your own time.
