One day level caps will raise and so we will acquire new abilities, doubt they tell us until this happens.

...since as it stands now in a 4 man dungeon if the healer dies there is no one to raise them and in 8 man if the healer dies normally the second healer is too busy to cast raise.

About that, not always the case. If there is a ACN/SMN lvl 22+ they can raise in battle.

For the busy part, that is one of the reasons SWIFTCAST from THM is so important for healers and SMN.
