Oh no don't tell them that! They might actually do it! Where would we be without all the people who hate the game? Where would we be without all the whining and complaining about nothing?

Seriously, if someone doesn't like a game what do they do? They stop playing it. It's really only logical if you desire to have fun while gaming. Find a game you do like and play that. FFXIV will in time reach a finished state. At that point the game should be judged on it's own merits and if enough people like it it will stick around. If you like it keep playing it. If you don't like it then stop playing it.

Personally I'm more of a constructive criticism kind of guy. Problems do need to be pointed out of course but one can do it in a constructive manner without complaining too much.
