"Why do you look like that?"
"Why did you mark those?"

See how that sounds? I don't mean to be the Nanny here - please, a lot of us have thick skins. But any time you do "why are you" - you're just asking for it :P

It sounds like they're asking a question. If you feel there's more to it than that when reading text, then you have issues.
