    I'm one of those annoying customers who type an angry letter when I think something is unfair (like not getting compensations for all the lag that made the game unplayable for me except like gathering or crafting, which also takes a long time) and I get the same answer every single time whatever I type. "Please contact the support on blahblahblah.blah.com" And when I did that once I got an answer 2 days later "Oh you're an Eu player you've sent your letter to the NA department so we can't help you, goodbuy"

    That said I have never in my life seen worse support in a game ever.

    Then you've never played anything made by SEGA.
