You can silence bad breath. Dont use blunt arrow in your rotation, save until he casts bad breath.

Didn't the questline say you would need help for some?
Not sure if you are aware, but the Cyclops and mini-puks can catch you as a caster if you aren't expecting the mini-puks and I'm sure that several more are difficult as a healer.
I know a tank that almost died to bomb adds outside of Haukke manor....They just rush up and explode if you don't kill them all fast enough...no AoE indicator, no countdown.
It it not exclusive to bards...
They listened to all the people that said they would prefer something very hard over another RNG fest. So, they made some of the fights hard...
Hopefully, they will focus on the 95% of players that like the way the game is unfolding as opposed to the 5% that are always going to complain, regardless of how much SE gives them exactly what they ask for....
The alexandrite map says 1 person
Your analogy is a bit off. That's when you don't know the fight and get caught off guard
In my situation, I know the fight entirely but bards are just screwed over.

When your kiting and it binds you you bind it.

Did you even try this before complaining?

I silence as pld, it binds i use sheild swipe end of.

^ This...
^ an this.
you actually have 2 tools in your arsenal. Quit trying to use silence before there is a move to silence an it will be rdy when u need it. I see so many brds all the time just using blunt arrow randomly for crappy dmg an not silencing anything. And when the morbol binds you, why cant you use your shadowbind on it? Shadowbind's only use is for when you are soloing, that i can think of at least.
Blunt arrow absolutely works to silence Bad Breath.
Shadowbind is probably a good idea too, but silencing Bad Breath is more than enough to be able to beat this enemy without it.
Well if bad breath can be silenced then I feel like a fool. You're right. I do use it in my rotation and it was never up during one and I assumed the attack was a skill not a spell for whatever reason. Thanks everyone.
