It is not just that. You'd also need to make sure the blacklist in game automatically track, and you can look up the said lodestone loadout from inside the game too. How about just no name change. Keep it simple.

But I am honestly disgusted by the responses, specifically because I can imagine some of you want to track someone because they messed up on a fight so that you can tell everyone how bad they are so no one will play with them.
I've read stories about people committing suicide over this kind of treatment.
Seriously it's just a game, I can't believe people need to be this hyper aware of one another that they want to track them it honestly sounds really creepy but maybe I am just a different person.
