I'll be brutally honest and say there is already a solution right now, and that is to create a character on a different server with the same name and then transfer your main over to force the rename. If you want to go back to your old server the go ahead and perform another transfer after 3 days. I've done it myself, and the entire process cost me £24. In terms of cost, I can only hope that any future official service would cost the same to ensure that it is available only to those who would seriously benefit. Sure the 3 day wait is an inconvenience to get back to your old server, but it's a solution available to you, and you can do it right now rather than weeks or months down the line.

Fantasia is was nice thing SE did for people, but some people will take it for granted and demand more. Name change is just wrong.

The team is still discussing the details around this, but in the future we definitely want to offer more phials of Fantasia as well as something that allows players to change their name.
