When i started this Q all i really wanted was a yeah you should go SUM or no you're fine as an ARC but this is how it ended up lol. Anyway I'm a SUM now so it's over with as far as i care so thanks to all that answered my Q with out being condescending ^_^

even in coil 1 up to t4 you can play as arcanist and still do fine. same with the original ex's. echo made it too easy. t5 is about a 50/50. if you know the fight 100% and play at the top of your game where you make no mistakes then you should be fine as an arcanist. 2nd coil is probably where the arcanist fun stops lol

This guy might be fine with carrying someone through raid content but most people are not. Glad to see you got your job unlocked. Now level THM for swiftcast.

Thanks for the tip I'll do that and i won't be doing any raids..Yeah i know ( But you won't get your blah blah blah) At this point i don't care i was having fun playing this game but now it's starting to be a downer. So I'll just play with close friends & Solo all i can't get by doing that oh well. It's just a game life won't end if i don't get all there is to get. I just won't to play and have fun i don't want anybody carrying me through raids. I don't want to make anybody mad or crap like that so I'll party with close friends and play solo / PVE.

Like when? Unless you are WHM or SCH, you can't rez in combat

Um yes you can summoner also gets ressurect by default it revives in battle in fact your primary the go to guy to revive when in a party anyway

So basically everyone ends up playing the same class with the same skills.
While this makes creating content alot easier, it kills one of the aspects which made the class system of FF so unique.

There was nothing unique about the class system and to be perfectly honest it should of been abandoned with ARR and just had a better job system, but for some stupid reason they wanted to keep the classes in the game which is completely pointless since all end game content is targeted towards jobs.

Hey guys & gals quick Q again hopefully this time i won't get called an idiot. But i know Swiftcast is a must for a Summoner but what about. Raging Stikes it has increased Dam by 20% Or is it only melee dam because it doesn't say it just says Increases damage dealt by 20% for 20s

So Yes or No?

I'm just trying different abilities out this doesn't mean I'm running Dungeons like this. As i said i want to win just like my team so I'll always look it up or ask. Before i go into a Dungeons untested.
