    Ok, after having seen the new trailer i guess its confirmed now!
    Shiva will be a Roaming Primal

    PS: I have seen this cave before, but... if its really that cave its a bit strange that she is there

    Yoshi did not say she was roaming..he also said she isnt going to be in 2.3 but quests about her leading into 2.4 will. Pretty much confirmed she will be Primal for 2.4
